Having first bonded over wooden Thomas trains, it was soon discovered that both of them played an instrument. Aaron on drums and Aksel the guitar. During the dark days of COVID lockdown they started playing together regularly, as they live in the same apartment building in Long Island city, queens, NY and both attend The Williamsburg School of Music.
Live gigs soon followed with shows at The Bitter End, Saint Vitus, Culture Lab, DingBatz, Trans Picos, Cross Roads, Pink Frog, The Red lion, Stitch Blues Bar, not to mention Amateur Night At The Apollo, which they won in May of 2024.
Meanwhile they are also busy writing original songs. Influences include rock giants like AC-DC, Hendrix, ZZ Top, Nirvana and The Stooges. They just finished the studio sessions recording their first 3 song EP “Sunglasses On Fire”, which was just released, and continue to play live shows regularly keeping the noble craft of rocking out alive and ensuring the Rock ‘n Roll tradition passes on to another generation.
